By accessing our website and booking photography sessions with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of all terms outlined herein. We provide professional family and newborn photography sessions in Panevėžys with the highest quality standards. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or personal information you share with us. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services. You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful behavior. By booking a session, you consent to our standard photography and videography practices during your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who violates these obligations or behaves inappropriately during sessions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of our studio and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission. Photographs taken during sessions remain our intellectual property, though clients receive personal use rights for the images delivered. You may not use our photographs for commercial purposes, advertising, or public display without a separate licensing agreement. We retain the right to use session photographs in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement with the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. We provide our photography services on an as-is basis and make no warranties regarding specific results or outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, or data loss that may occur. While we strive for excellence in all our work, we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction with every session or image. Any claims must be brought within thirty days of service completion.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate service to any client at our sole discretion, with or without cause. Clients may cancel booked sessions with at least fourteen days notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within fourteen days of the scheduled session are subject to our cancellation policy. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these terms shall cease, except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination. We maintain the right to remove any content or suspend access to our services if terms are violated. Your use of our services is a privilege, and we reserve all rights to manage our business as we see fit.
